Poppixayardmn.pics is an independent photography information website. For questions about this notice or a request concerning information you have emailed us, contact [email protected]. This notice does not describe the separate policies of your browser, email provider, or websites you choose to visit.
Reading the site
The supplied site code contains no analytics service, advertising tracker, social embed, remote font, or third-party image request. Pages, styles, scripts, and image references are served as local site assets. Like any website, loading these files makes requests to the hosting infrastructure.
Hosting providers may process technical request data such as IP address, requested path, timestamp, browser information, and error information for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. The static page code does not control infrastructure logging or establish a specific hosting-log retention period. We do not claim that ordinary web requests are anonymous.
The contact draft tool
The form on our contact page composes text in your browser. It has no server submission endpoint. The site's JavaScript does not upload form fields, store them in localStorage, or automatically email them.
If you choose Copy, your browser is asked to write the draft to the system clipboard. Other applications or clipboard-history features on your device may retain copied content. If you choose Download, your browser saves a text file to a location it controls. You are responsible for keeping or deleting that file. Browser autofill, form restoration, and device backups are separate browser or device features.
When you email us
Sending an email shares your address, message, and any attachments or headers handled by the email services involved. We use correspondence to read and respond to your question, address corrections, and manage the conversation. Do not send passwords, payment details, precise home-location information, or sensitive personal material.
Correspondence may be kept while needed for the conversation, reasonable administration, security, or legal obligations. We do not publish private messages or submitted photographs merely because you contacted us. Any proposed public use should be agreed separately.
Browser preferences
The cookie choices page can store a small preference in localStorage under poppixayardmn-cookie-choice. This is browser storage, not an HTTP cookie. It records the selected preference and contains no message draft. It remains until changed or removed, unless your browser clears it earlier. See Cookie Choices Here for controls and instructions.
Your choices and applicable rights
You can use the reading pages without completing the contact tool. You can block local storage, clear site data, delete downloaded drafts, and avoid sending an email. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to particular processing. You may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority.
Send a privacy request by email and describe the relevant correspondence. We may need proportionate information to verify the request. Some information may need to be retained for legal or security reasons. No request can remove copies you or other recipients hold independently.
Children and image privacy
The site is general educational material and does not ask children to submit information. If a child has sent personal information that should not have been shared, a parent or guardian can contact us. Before sharing photographs of others, obtain appropriate permission and consider faces, school identifiers, and location metadata.
Changes
